which of the following blood pressure readings would be indicative of hypertension?

Any reading above 120/80 mm Hg taken on 3 days in morning, afternoon, and evening/night, with a family history is a strong indicator that you are hypertensive.Ruling out stress is mandatory.

It is very difficult to give correct reading because other facrors like obesity, junk food etc. are equally involved.

Some school of thought classify 120/80 as pre / prone hypertensive & 130/90 as hypertensive, after consultation + history+ physical examination, so standard vary from individual to individual & case to case.

So it is difficult draw an above perimeter reading, best is let the doctor decide on basis of his experience.

Hope it helps.
